• If your order qualifies for FREE SHIPPING we will process the order either by FEDEX GROUND, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Standard Mail, or FEDEX ONE-RATE.

• During the holidays we may have an additional 3-4 days processing time plus the actual shipping time of the carriers schedules. We cannot control their delays and some orders could take 6-9 business days to arrive on FREE Shipping checkouts.

• You may call our customer service department at 239-307-4953 with any questions before making the final checkout. We will be happy to assist with what to expect, or advise of a rush option which may not be reflected in your shopping cart. We are here to help you with any questions.

• Fast Dispatch processing upgrade to same day standard shipping may be available for an additional fee of 5.95. This is only an upgrade to process your order the same day if placed by 2pm EST (following day otherwise). The order will ship either by FEDEX GROUND, USPS Standard Mail, or USPS Priority at our discretion. This is NOT a RUSH/Expedited carrier shipping option. This feature moves your order to be processed the same day only if placed by 2pm EST.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you have selected the Fast Shipping Option, your order will be shipped the same day when the option is available.

Expedited/Rush Shipping

• Additional Rush Expedited delivery options are available and will always be reflected during checkout with details of when you will receive the product based on the current products in your shopping cart.

• We use Fedex 1,2,3 Day rush options for domestic orders if your shopping cart qualifies. You will see those options available to you at checkout. Note that Expedited/Rush orders will ship the same day if placed by 2PM EST, otherwise they will ship the following day.

• Rush/Expedited delivery is only available for orders within the contiguous United States.

• Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico require additional 3-4 days processing time for consolidation and final delivery. Your final tracking numbers will be available after 4 days of placing the online order. Available Shipping options cost, and estimated final processing and transit times will be reflected at checkout.

• Shipments to HI, AK, & PR will show shipping options available and cost at checkout

P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

• SEXYSHOES.COM ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• Depending on the items in your cart there may be additional processing times and limited shipping options. These will be displayed at checkout for your convenience. There is an additional service fee and processing times for PO/APO/FPO deliveries which will be reflected during checkout.

• You may always change the shipping address to a Non- PO Box address and retrieve updated shipping options and costs during checkout.
