RETURN PORTAL

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

If for any reason we make a shipping error or you receive merchandise that is defective, SexyShoes.com will pay the shipping expenses and send a replacement if available. Otherwise, we will issue store credit for the value of your purchase.

Returning within 30 days: Your credit card or account will be refunded within 2-3 days of receipt and inspection by our shipping department. There is a fee of $6.00 per return label generated. By selecting a store credit (gift card) during the return process, we will waive the return label cost.

Returning after 30 days: You will receive Sexy Shoes store credit, so you can pick out a new sexy item. This credit is just like a credit card and can be used at your convenience.

Returns after 90 days from purchase are not allowed. Some items that are deemed health risk are not returnable if they appear to have been opened and worn. See below for a list of these product types.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. No exceptions.

Final sale and grab bag promotional items are non-refundable unless we make a shipping error, or you receive a damaged product. Store credit will be issued for any damaged FINAL SALE or GRAB PROMOTIONAL items. We may ask for an emailed photo of the damaged item to attach in your account profile. Please be careful when selecting your size, use our size guides, and review your order when purchasing final sale or grab deal promotional items.

Sexy Shoes does not accept returns of worn or items subjected to destructive conditions. We will reject returns that appear to have been worn, contain unusual smells, are wrinkled, or have dirt and stains.

Returns must be sent in the original packaging, with all attached tags. Otherwise, a restocking fee of up to 30%, or rejection of the return will incur at our discretion. We urge our customers to consider what and how items are sent back. If it looks like we cannot return it to inventory without additional cost or time, then the return will most likely be flagged during inspection.

Returns of large orders (wardrobing) whereas nothing is kept may result in 20% restocking fee. We encourage new customers to try our products to experience the look and feel before buying large quantities. Call our friendly and helpful team if you are unsure about a product or brand before placing a large order at 239-307-4953. Also, visit our product reviews page or support center for more information which can be very helpful when considering a large purchase. Together we can limit unnecessary returns for all our sexy fans.

We will not accept returns for product(s) used by agencies, photographers, models, photoshoots, or other promotional uses where many of the same item was ordered then returned after the event. Please contact us if you have this need so that we may assist in advance or answer any questions.

NON-RETURNABLE:

The following items are restricted from resale if opened. These items may not show as returnable when using the self-service return portal. If you are uncertain, please contact us by phone or visit our support center, and we can help advise you of any questions about returning below items:

  • Panties
  • Hosiery & Bodystockings – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened.
  • Bondage items – not in original condition or with components missing.
  • Latex – where one or both hygiene seals have been opened.
  • Lingerie & Swimwear – not in original condition or with components missing (such as straps, garters, harness & chains)
  • Please note: Lingerie and intimate garments that are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant, or personal stains) will be rejected for return or credit.

 OTHER NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

  • Gift card purchases
  • Duties or VAT Taxes (see our international policy for more information)
  • Rejected orders shipped and delivered to the destination country where duties and taxes were refused or not accepted by the recipient who placed the original order.
  • In some instances, we may elect to offer store credit if a situation arises to that is neither the fault of Sexyshoes.com or our customer. We will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair and reasonable solution in these rare circumstances.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Due to fluctuations of inventory and the time delays of receiving returns to our warehouse, we no longer accept returns unless arrangements have been made in advance with our customer service department.

We encourage you to go order the correct color, size, or item immediately before it's gone and return the other item to us for a refund when convenient. This will ensure that the item(s) will be available.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

SEXYSHOES.COM only provides pre-billed shipping labels for orders shipping from a contiguous U.S. address through our return’s portal.

International customers still enjoy a 90-day return for store credit, and 45 days for a refund to the payment method made during purchase.

If you live outside of the U.S., follow these steps to proceed with a return request:

  1. Email returns@sexyshoes.com or live chat a message with your order number and reason for returning the order.
  1. We will respond with an authorization number.
  1. Follow all return packaging requirements as outlined in this policy when preparing the package.
  1. Include the authorization form inside the package to ensure processing upon receipt to our warehouse.
  1. We do not offer pre-paid shipping labels for international returns.
  1. If you elect to send the package back without a tracking method and the shipping company you select loses the return, SEXYSHOES will not be held liable. All claims for returned international packages are the responsibility of the shipper.
  1. If we made a mistake on your order or shipped a damaged item, we will resolve the matter with you on a case-by-case basis. We carefully inspect all outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy to ensure a delightful and confident ordering process.
