The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can lawfully be imported to the destination.

The customer maybe subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees once the shipment reaches your country. Sexy Shoes is not responsible for additional import taxes, customs duties and fees.

Ensure your shipping address is accurate. Sexy Shoes is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

What happens if the package is refused or fees not paid?  Sexy Shoes will decide to either abandon the package or have it shipped back to the United States. All fees would be deducted from your purchase price, which in some cases are more or equal to your purchase. If Sexy Shoes abandons the shipment, you will not receive a refund.

How will my product be shipped?  The two most common ways for your items to be shipped internationally are UPS International Expedited and USPS International, each have their own pros and cons.

UPS International Expedited:

  • Shipping time average 2-5 business days
  • Import Duties and Taxes are included
  • Issued a dependable tracking number

USPS International:

  • Shipping time averages 10 – 20 days
  • Possible custom fees and taxes to be paid locally upon or before delivery
  • Usually the more cost-effective shipping method but tracking not available.

What if I am placing a large order? Our Sexy Shoes team is here to help you. If you are placing a large order, please contact us and we may be able to arrange some custom freight options that would help you save on shipping costs.

Does what I am ordering make a difference in freight costs? Yes, what you are ordering does impact freight and duty costs. Typically Apparel and Accessories are lighter and smaller and therefore less expensive to ship. Shoes will incur higher shipping rates. This is one of the reasons why we are part of a small group of online retailers that offer international shipping for footwear.

Not in love or lust? No worries. If your order isn't quite right, we'll happily take it back within 90 days of purchase.  

Returns are simple. Just send us back your item (you're responsible for return shipping charges). We'll give you a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for original shipping fees, duties or taxes associated with international orders.

Returning within 45 days: Your credit card or account will be refunded with 2-3 days of receipt and inspection by our shipping department

Returning after the 45 days:You will receive Sexy Shoes store credit, so you can pick out a new sexy item. This credit is just like a credit card and can be used at your convenience.
