HOW TO I GET MY ORDER NUMBER USED DURING PURCHASE?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS AND GET STATUS UPDATES?

Visit our tracking page here and get updates on your order until it delivers. You will need the order # and email provided during purchase or the tracking number from your order confirmation notification.

You may use our order look up feature if you don't have that information available or made your purchase as a guest.

WHY IS MY ORDER NUMBER LISTED MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE TRACKING PAGE?

We sometimes have products in different fulfillment centers. If you see multiple order numbers with an extension that indicates items are shipping separately and will have their own tracking information.

Click on each order number to see the products, tracking, and current status for items shipped separately. No more looking at multiple email tracking notifications for orders placed with SexyShoes!

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

NO-HASSLE returns is what SexyShoes provides our customers. Start a return by tapping here and you will be prompted for your order number and zip code to begin a return.
