COVID-19 & SEXYSHOES UPDATES | HOW IT AFFECTS US

Thank you for trusting us with your online shopping needs. We appreciate the loyalty and support during these unprecedented events occurring around the world. 

All Shipments scheduled for the week of May 1st, 2020 are operating normal with only small processing delays of 1-2 days possible. 

Our staff is working each day and monitoring several situations within our distribution network. This is a fluid process and has been changing each day. We have setup remote workstations for our staff as needed while keeping our warehouse functioning daily.

While it’s our primary goal to offer uninterrupted service, it’s our TOP PRIORITY to keep our staff healthy so that we may continue to provide the world class service you expect from us.

Sexyshoes Carries over 9,000 items in our Naples, FL warehouse and has partnered distribution agreements in several states across the country. We ship products from all over the world to our warehouse. That said, you can imagine shipping delays will be inevitable at certain times even with the largest online retailers across the globe.

That said, some items may be shipping from our warehouse networks which have mandated “Shelter in Place” requirements. When this occurs, these facilities must temporarily close since they are not deemed essential business services. Although we think Staying Sexy at home is essential for all of us!

Currently, some products from the following brands are being affected with temporary shipping delays. We are constantly monitoring and working with our partners and will share information on this page for your convenience.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

Although our technicians are updating the shipping options to reflect the changes on our shipping page, the affected products will not be able to ship 2nd or 3rd Day Air until shipping resumes. Please do not select rush shipping options unless you want those shipping rates effective as of 4/6/2020.

In the event you select a rush shipping option which cannot be fulfilled the following business day, customer service department will automatically refund you the rush shipping fee difference between the ground rate and the expedited charge. Don’t worry, we are monitoring this for you as well.

You will also receive a special email in the event any of your products ordered will be delayed with information needed and a special gift from us for your patience.

WHATS NEXT?

There is nothing else needed on your end. We will be tracking and updating you if anything changes! You can expect to see your tracking number as we ship the order. If you had items not effected by the “Shelter in Place” mandates, those items will ship as normal with 2-3 day processing times reflected on the shipping page.
