WE GUARANTEE SATISFACTION
If you are not delighted with our Sexy Shoes,
  simply return them, unworn, in the original box,
in original condition via UPS or insured parcel post, within 30 days.

Any Products returned that show any signs of wear
 or abuse will simply not be accepted for return or credit

All Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Send all return packages to our address listed on your invoice.
If you return a gift you received, please include the name and address of the gift giver. Enclose a copy of the original invoice and/or return slip. 
We will credit your card  or send a check for the full price of the shoes.
(Sorry, we cannot refund shipping / handling fees). 

We try to keep as much inventory on hand as possible, but because of high demand on some products, we may place items on backorder for you. Also, we have created drop ship relationships with some of our suppliers to insure the fastest possible delivery times to you. Backorders usually take from 1 to 4 weeks to reach you. If we find that a product exceeds these delivery estimates, we will contact you.

Free Shipping Promotions are for ground, domestic USA shipping addresses only. Non-USA addresses may be charged separately for shipping after the original transaction. Email notification will provide you with the option of cancelling your order. 

There is no charge for equal value exchanges (USA Only), For International and Canadian Orders (See Below). If you need a larger or smaller size or want to exchange for a different color or style of the same price, simply return the shoes as above. You pay the shipping back to us; We will pay to ship them back to you via UPS ground or Parcel Post. If you need them back 2nd DAY AIR, enclose 7.50 extra per item.

INTERNATIONAL & CANADIAN ORDERS: Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order. If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. Orders returned for fitting reasons are accepted in original condition only. A restocking fee may be applied. You pay the shipping both directions each and every time.

BACK ORDERS:
We carry a huge inventory in our main warehouse but because of high demand on certain products, we will automatically backorder out-of-stock items for you. Delivery is usually from 1 to 4 weeks. To check for item availability, please call us at 800-716-8617.

CANCELLATIONS:
All orders that are in-process are subject to cancellation fee's. Orders already shipped will incur additional fees for re-stocking, packaging, and handling.

SHIPPING REDIRECTION OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If for any reason, that your package is re-directed from the original Invoice Ship To Address, you will be charged a fee of $ 10.00 per package, per redirect, plus appropriate cancellation fees. This is a non-refundable charge.

STANDARD & PRIORITY SHIPPING :
Our Shipping & Handling charges covers UPS/FEDEX Ground Service or Parcel Post to any address within the 48 states,on one order to one address.

EXPEDITED AIR SHIPPING:
UPS Air shipping is available to any street address within the 48 states (NO PO BOXES) for an additional charge.
UPS Next Day Air orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver for an additional charge.  If you require delivery by noon, please let us know, additional charges will be applied. We can supply tracking numbers if you provide us with a valid email address.

ADDITIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION

No two shoe factories make shoes that fit exactly the same. The industry claims it cannot standardize on sizes because feet are not standardized. Two people may have feet the exact same length and width, as measured on the flat underneath, however their feet may be quite different in shape. Indeed, even the two feet of one individual may differ significantly.

Our first suggestion is to order the size you most often wear. Add two full sizes to convert mans sizes to woman sizes. For example, a mans size 10 would be a woman's size 12. Our medium width shoes are between B & C width in woman's sizes. For a mans E or EE width, order our wide width. Our wide is extra wide. Call or E-MAIL us if you have questions. Our trained sales staff will be glad to help and they can confirm the availability of your order.

HEEL HEIGHTS are measured vertically at the back on shoe size 6. Most styles have slightly taller heels on larger sizes and slightly lower heels on smaller sizes. Unless otherwise stated, all shoes are top-quality, man made materials, assembled in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or China. Some products are made in the United States and some in Brazil. We use also use materials from Italy in the manufacture of some High Heel Shoes.
