Style # 439 Made in the USA. 7" heel, neon platform has bright color under a black light and is totally cool under a strobe light. Adjustable ankle strap with buckle. Clear vinyl upper has neon piping which matches the acrylic heel. The pink and blue have a small bow in the center of the vamp. The orange and green join in the center with neon piping. Suede sock liner. Half sizes order the next size larger.
